Chelsea vs Arsenal LIVE! premier league – fr

Thomas Tuchel’s side are still fighting for success on three fronts, with the Blues in the FA Cup final, the Champions League final and still looking to place in the top four in the Premier League.

As for Arsenal, a disappointing season comes to an end after the Gunners missed out on a place in the Europa League final, and European football looks unlikely given they currently sit ninth in the table.

While Chelsea will be favorites to win tonight at the Bridge, Tuchel has turned his side ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup final against Leicester – and with Mikel Arteta’s side battling for little more than pride, it could be a real battle.

It’s like a game of defense against attack on the training ground. Chelsea only dominate the ball and work from right to left with all Arsenal players behind.

36 minutes: Saka’s mistake as he tries to see the ball for a goal kick, but is caught by Chilwell.
Luckily for Saka, Elneny makes a good move to deny Mount up close.

It’s a real chance for Chelsea as Zouma wins a header into a corner, and Pulisic has time as the ball drops to the near post – but he heads a loop over the bar.
He rushed that, and could’ve hit that on the fly if he’d taken a little longer.

A few nervous moments from Arsenal, which have fallen from the goal. Leno made a good save and Holding blocked well to deny Mount. Chelsea are becoming more and more dominant.

Mount has so far taken dangerous positions, which Arsenal are struggling to close. He continues to enter the channels inside the box and has now had three shots on target in just 27 minutes. Arsenal won’t continue to get away with this.

Save by Leno!

Dangerous from Chelsea as Havertz passes Moutn to the left, but his shot at Leno is saved by the Arsenal keeper – decent save at a good height.

22 minutes: Chelsea are looking for a way back in this one – Pulisic brings the ball back for Mount, but his effort is well blocked. VAR looks for a potential handball, but the check is complete.

An intriguing point on Sky Sports earlier – Kepa handled Jorginho’s backpass which technically should have resulted in an indirect free kick, but referee Andre Marriner chose to continue.

Watch: Arsenal take the lead

An absolute howler from Jorginho here…

BUT! Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal | Emile Smith Rowe, 15 minutes

It’s a disaster for Jorginho is that Chelsea are under pressure at the back and the midfielder tries to backpass Kepa – but the keeper doesn’t stand in his goal but instead shows a pass to right!
Kepa returns to save his goal, but Aubameyang recovers for Smith Rowe to touch home!
