Chelsea Green says WWE sent her a trash bag with Natalya’s property – fr

Former WWE star Chelsea Green recently launched her ’50 Shades of Green’ podcast and on the first episode she discussed the WWE trash bag debacle with Mickie James, which led Mark Carrano to be dismissed from his Talent Relations position.

Green revealed how something similar happened to her when she was also released from WWE on April 15. She noted how upset boyfriend Matt Cardona was about the box and wanted her to make it public, but decided not to.

“Last week I received a nice, large FedEx box at my doorstep,” Green said. (h / t at WrestlingNews for quotes). “I had received a call the week before, right after my release, they asked me for my address and told me they had things to deliver. I thought to myself, “This is strange. I wonder what they could possibly offer. But when I saw the box, I thought, ‘Maybe I’m getting some leftover products. Who knows? Do they send me a present, a little farewell gift? Silly, silly me. They didn’t send me a farewell gift.

“I brought this box straight into the kitchen and Matt and I opened it because we were curious. Inside that box was a nice, cool plastic bag, filled to the brim with crap. Just a bunch of crap. So the box, as you saw, if you haven’t seen it, the legend, the one and only, Mickie James stepped out of WWE and posted a photo of that box on Twitter. We have all these boxes. Before I tell you the contents of my box and my trash bag, I just want to clarify that after talking to all the other women, I believe that every person who has been released who is a woman has received this trash bag. .

“Gail Kim also announced last week that when she left WWE, she received the trash bag. It’s a trend. It’s a long trend. I really don’t let things rub me the wrong way, so I laughed at the trash bag. Was I a little bored? Yes quite. My shit came in a garbage bag, but I dropped it. Matt was pissed off. Matt was very upset. He wanted me to tweet him. He wanted me to talk about it. I just didn’t feel comfortable. I try not to take the trashy route by talking to anyone or any business, especially the one that paid my mortgage. Especially the one I wanted to be in for so long. Now carry the garbage bag.

Green continued and explained how she realized some of the items in the box belonged to WWE SmackDown Superstar Natalya.

“After a closer inspection of the garbage bag, I’m starting to realize I’m not really sure what’s in that garbage bag,” Green said. “I took out black boots first, nice black boots, but not my black boots. I then take out a second pair of black boots. Again, nice boots, but not my boots. Here we come to the third element. The third item was the most gorgeous little leather shrug with studs and diamonds and flappy things and pink jewelry and all kinds of stuff. If you knew about female wrestling, you know that the person who wears black leather with pink is always the same person. It will always be Nattie.

“So I knew right away that the contents of my box were actually Nattie’s box. I kept releasing some stuff. Much of it was Natties, but I encountered questionable elements. Pretty little skirts and pretty little dresses that looked like Lana’s or Liv’s. There was also a basketball. I don’t know who the f * ck is playing WWE basketball backstage, but someone is putting their hoops in. So the contents of my box were, in fact, not mine, and a lot of other women. I let them know that. The one that shouldn’t be named, because the one that shouldn’t be named got fired from WWE, he told me to drop the box off with someone. Send the box on its way. I was shaken because here’s the thing. The contents of this box are expensive. I’m not just going to drop it off at someone else’s house and hope it gets to Tampa.

Green said she believes WWE handled the debacle in the best possible way. She also confirmed that WWE officials called each of the recently released talents to apologize and sent them flowers.

“With all of that being said, I will say I think WWE handled it in the best possible way,” Green said. “We saw Johnny Ace’s tweet. We saw Stephanie McMahon’s tweet. Triple H tweeted: “After learning of the disrespectful treatment received by some of our recently released talent on behalf of the company, we took immediate action. The person responsible for this reckless action has been terminated and is no longer with WWE. I really don’t know if they could have done something else. I think that was the best way to handle it.

“I will also say that they did not stop there. In fact, they individually called each of us to apologize and sent us flowers. I thought it was really cool. What else could they do? If they didn’t know it was being done, the only thing you can do is control the damage. With the flowers, I have a little note. The note ended by saying, “From your WWE family”. Like I didn’t just have an open wound from a layoff, some fucking canned king, they called me their family? Honestly, the flowers are beautiful. I think the way they handled it was correct, perfect, Trash Bag Gate 2021. Hope that never happens again. “
