They said, “I can’t count how many times I’ve been pushed aside when I’m trying to put something on the shelf or people roughly hand me over instead of gently asking me to move away.
“I gave up telling people to wear anything on their face. They become incredibly confrontational. The policy is that I cannot serve them otherwise. We’ve been doing this for a whole year, you’d think they’d be more tuned in time.
“People throw their groceries on the counter and then blow loudly, causing me to hurry like I’m a personal butler.
“Just the general disrespect is huge. I am a human being. Just because I’m behind a crate doesn’t mean anything less to me. “

Many people rushed to console the workshop employee and thank them for their hard work.
One person said: “I wish people were more respectful in general.

And the original poster replied, “Thank you! I just accepted it at this point. In 7 years in retail and hospitality, this is by far the most difficult year.
“The extent of ineptitude has reached heights that I never thought possible.”
Others have come to support the worker in the wire. One person wrote: “It’s a mindset I’ll never understand. Like, you are providing me with a service, why would I be rude to you?
“Supermarkets really should have bouncers or something to enforce the masking policy. The staff on the floor are not paid enough. “
While another wrote: “I totally agree. I don’t understand why people can’t just say “excuse me” instead of reaching or walking past you. Thank you and thank you, it looks like you are in short supply as well. “
