Brett Kulak appears to be back in the lineup for the Montreal Canadiens, having taken a regular berth in morning practice on Saturday.
Jon Merrill was not in the morning skating. He finished Game 5, but was shaken up early in the game. Kulak has taken his place in training alongside Erik Gustafsson, which means Alexander Romanov once again appears to be the odd one out.
Merrill’s last shift came with over six minutes left in the third period and he only played 9:18.
Dominique Ducharme says Brett Kulak is in place of Jon Merrill, who is out for a week or two due to injury. Still some decisions to be made in the future. Suppose that means Jake Evans might be available.

Up front, the lines appeared to be the same in morning practice as they did in Game 5. The only change is that Jake Evans skated with his teammates for the first time since suffering an undisclosed injury in the game. of match 1.
