Vincent Barbat previously worked for ten years in strategy, including three years at Booz & Company. He was a partner of the firm and leader of its retail, luxury and consumer goods offerings. He specializes in strategy and operations transformation, sourcing, customer experience, channel optimization and sales force transformation.
Marc Helfgott has spent the last four years at Strategy & as a partner in his Paris office. He previously worked a decade for Capgemini Invent and Oliver Wyman. Filip Bourée started his career at PwC, its Advisory division, before joining Booz & Company in 2011. He was most recently Director at Strategy &.
The appointments continue a wave of executive hiring at Kearney in France, following the recent hiring of partners Cyrille Bender (ex-Bain) and Ravi-François Thillier (ex-Accenture Strategy). At the same time, the consulting firm has also promoted four in its partnership from its own ranks.
