The weather delay for WrestleMania 37 has been lifted and the show is apparently moving forward.

As previously reported on this link, Raymond James Stadium announced earlier that there was a weather delay and a risk of lightning. As a safety measure, fans have been ordered to take cover.

In an update, stadium officials said the delay had been lifted and fans were able to return to their seats. The gates and parking lot have also been reopened.

“WEATHER UPDATE: the threat of lightning has passed, all parking lots and gates are back OPEN!” Fans can return to their seats. The free parking at the HCC is now closed. Thanks for being patient fans! The stadium wrote on Twitter.

It has been reported by Fightful Select that the bad weather which caused the delay actually destroyed part of the WrestleMania 37 set. It was noted that men wearing hard hats were being dispatched to repair the flags that were falling. found above the pirate ship built on the shelf, and everything that needed to be adjusted. WWE had covered the video screens to protect them from the elements, and much of the seats on the ground had exploded before being repaired.

It should be noted that the weather forecast indicates that there could be more rain overnight. Kayla Braxton noted during the kickoff pre-show, which just started, that she was sprinkled on her and her panel – Peter Rosenberg and WWE Hall of Famers Booker T, Jerry Lawler and JBL. They all joked about the rain and acted like it wasn’t a major problem.
