Hailey Bieber took to Twitter after experiencing backlash online.
The supermodel was blunt about leaving the microblogging site while talking about the effects it was having on her mental health.
“I think when you go through a situation where you just have so many people pestering you with the same thing over and over and over again, it starts to mess your mind and then you start questioning everything and you’re like, ‘ Is there something I can’t see they see… Maybe they’re right? ‘ Hailey told psychologist Jessica Clemons in her latest vlog.
She added that censorship reached its tipping point when she tied the knot with Justin Bieber.
“I think one of the biggest things I struggled with for sure was the comparison aspect of comparing body and comparing appearance and behavior,” Hailey said in referring to how she was opposed to Justin’s famous ex, Selena Gomez.
In the end, Hailey realized that she would limit her use of social media and only use Instagram.
The model shared, “When I look at my comments now, when I put a photo or a video or whatever, I know that these are just going to be people that I know will only be positive and will only be. encouraging and uplifting. . ”
