Egg allergies, the risk of hepatitis and the risk of choking babies are just a few of the reasons why supermarket products are currently being recalled in stores.
A number of product recall notices have been issued by the Food Standards Agency for products from Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and retailer Hotel Chocolat.

The companies have all removed the following products from their shelves because of concerns they may be contaminated.

For those who purchased these products before they were retired, a do not eat warning applies to everyone.

You can return them to where you bought them to get your money back.

Tesco is recalling Tesco Tzatziki from the marketplace because it contains eggs which are not listed on the label.

Due to a packaging error, some packages contain sour cream and chive dip.

This means that the product poses a potential health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to eggs.
