WWE President Vince McMahon appears to be in great physical shape even at 75.
A video posted to Instagram showed McMahon doing a maximum squat with one rep, with a caption suggesting he was doing an intense workout.

Among the many notable things about McMahon, his workout routine is legendary, even among WWE Superstars. Big E told the Hollywood brut podcast (411Mania’s h / t Blake Lovell) earlier this month on what the WWE CEO is doing to stay in shape:
“He’s got a personal trainer, and this poor guy, we have these long drives – obviously pre-pandemic.” We’ll arrive around two or sometimes three in the morning, and his personal trainer has been standing outside the entire time waiting because he’s going to come in and train after the concerts and after those long trips around 3 a.m. . This man is not 20 years old, he is 70 years old. He works hard. He’s sort of a meathead and he lifts heavy loads. It’s crazy. “
McMahon hasn’t wrestled an official match since his loss to Bret Hart at WrestleMania XXVI in 2010. He’s probably not going to return to the ring for a match, but if nothing else, it at least looks like he could. defend against any one of WWE’s best superstars if the opportunity arises.
