US official calls build-up of Russian forces near Ukrainian border


There is a “worrying” build-up of Russian forces near the border with Ukraine, a US defense official told CBS News after Ukraine’s commander-in-chief Ruslan Khomchack told parliament to his country that Russian troops from different regions were gathering near the border.
