The stocks that make the biggest moves after the bell: ViacomCBS, QuantumScape and more

Find out which companies are making the headlines after the Monday bell:
ViacomCBS – Shares of the media giant fell 4.3% after the company announced it would sell $ 2 billion of its Class B shares and $ 1 billion of Series A preferred shares. ViacomCBS announced plans to use part of the profits to invest in its streaming services.

QuantumScape – Shares of the lithium battery company fell nearly 4% after a Securities and Exchange Commission filing showed QuantumScape would sell up to 13 million Class A common stock.

Western Midstream Partners – Western Midstream shares slipped 2.8% after the energy company announced that a subsidiary of shareholder Occidental Petroleum would sell 8 million common shares. BofA Securities will guarantee the offer.

Raven Industries – Shares of the agricultural technology company fell 8.6% in light volume after Raven Industries reported weaker-than-expected fiscal results in the fourth quarter. Raven posted earnings per share of 1 cent on sales of $ 80.1 million. Analysts polled by FactSet predicted earnings per share of 13 cents on revenue of $ 91.8 million.
