Teresa Giudice has finally found a buyer for the New Jersey mansion she once lived in with her ex-husband Joe.

The couple have spent years on the vast estate raising their four daughters – Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15 and Audriana, 12.

Two months after Teresa lowered the asking price to $ 2.25 million, she has now found someone to buy the place, reports the New York Post.

A source claimed the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, who renovated the home last year, received an offer on Monday, but months could pass before the escrow closes.

Teresa and Joe completed construction of the property in 2008 and it was featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

They paid $ 530,000 for the 3.7-acre lot in 2002, seven years before she started starring in The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Obviously, it took them six years to build their 10,044 square foot mansion which has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

They reportedly listed the home for the first time in September 2014, six months after pleading guilty to the fraud charges that ultimately landed them in jail.

Their initial asking price was almost $ 5 million according to Realtor.com and they tagged it twice in the following months, but it didn’t sell.

At the time, they were charging $ 3,999,000 – but two months later she relented and hit half a million dollars off the asking price.

According to Realtor.com, they cut another half a million on Jan.6, 2015, a day after his prison term began.

Teresa and Joe were allowed to serve their prison terms consecutively so that one parent at a time was at home with their daughters.

After that, it appeared possible that she decided to keep the house as she only re-listed it in September of last year, asking for $ 2.5 million.
