Over, the Clone Wars is over, but the Clone Force 99 fight is far from over.

Disney + just released the latest look of The bad lot, Lucasfilm’s animated spin-off from The clone wars, who concluded at the beginning of last year. Located shortly after the fall of the Republic seen in Revenge of the Sith, the series follows the title “Bad Batch” -aka Clone Force 99, which was introduced in Clone Wars‘seventh season—Like their unorthodox special forces group must adapt to the rise of a galactic empire.

In addition to introducing us to the team again – Hunter (Dee Bradley Baker), Echo (Dee Bradley Baker), Tech (Dee Bradley Baker), Wrecker (Dee Bradley Baker) and Crosshair (Dee Bradley Baker) – the trailer teases both the new and familiar faces the team will encounter as the last remnants of the Clone Wars unfold, only to be swept away by the new tyranny of Emperor Palpatine. Of Clone Wars and Rebels, there are returns of the two Tarkins (Stephen Stanton) and Captain Rex (… also Dee Bradley Baker), Saw Gerrera (we don’t yet know who voices it this time around), and The Mandalorian, a younger version of Ming-Na Wen’s bounty hunter Fennec Shand.

But there are new characters, too – most notably what appears to be a new, young clone the team recovers as they escape the Kamino Clone Labs, now controlled by the Imperial. Oh, and a lot of boots on the ground Star wars soldier action. What else would you expect from the Clones forced to turn against their brethren in a fight for survival?

Star Wars: The Wrong Lot begins airing on Disney + on May 4 with a 70-minute premiere special, with episodes continuing weekly starting May 7.
