The lawyer for the ‘Tiger King’ star, Francisco Hernandez, tells TMZ… Joe is distraught after receiving a phone call in prison from Dillon saying that he was planning to leave him.
We’re told Joe felt like his stomach had been ripped from his body when Dillon broke the news – and now we’re told Exotic was considering beating him up in court and filing for divorce before Dillon did. cannot.

Dillon says the split was not an easy decision – but adds that he will continue to support Joe while he is in jail. He says they’re still on good terms and hopes it stays that way… although it doesn’t look like Joe is supporting the emotion.
As you know… Joe and Dillon got hitched up on December 11, 2017, walking two months after Joe’s previous husband, Travis maldonado, shot himself in a fatal accident.
We learned that after the emotional phone call Joe emailed a friend… saying he felt abandoned and lonely and just wanted to mean something to someone. The way Joe explained it, Dillon feels lonely with Joe locked up and wants a boyfriend.
We’re told Joe is undecided as to whether he’ll file for a divorce – he’s got a lot of work to do just trying to earn his freedom – but of course Dillon could pull the trigger first.
