Godzilla vs Kong International Trailer Reveals Spoiler - / Movie

We are closer than ever to Godzilla vs. Kong, the latest entry in the MonsterVerse that will pit two chonky boys against each other in a context of destruction. Marketing for Godzilla vs. Kong has been consistent and consistent over the past few weeks, and as we head down the home stretch, here’s yet another trailer!

This is an international trailer that appeared on Legendary’s Weibo account, and it features a nice large divulgacher, and I mean that both literally and figuratively. So if you try to get into Godzilla vs. Kong intact, you probably shouldn’t be looking at this one.

Still there? Ok, well, don’t say I didn’t warn you. For quite some time now, there has been a lot of speculation that Godzilla vs. Kong would feature Mechagodzilla, a giant robotic version of Godzilla who first appeared in the 1974 film Godzilla contre Mechagodzilla. Some even claimed they could spot the giant robot in the first trailer that arrived in January. Since then, Mechagodzilla has also been glimpsed via toy releases associated with the film. But toys aren’t always a confirmation – sometimes movie-related toys will be released without affecting the finished movie (Batman toys are known for this).

But if there was any lingering doubt, this international trailer puts him to bed, giving us several snaps of Mechagodzilla in action. We don’t get to see the giant robot’s entire body all at once, but it’s still pretty clear that the character appears in the movie at some point. Of course, we still don’t know how Mechagodzilla plays in the movie. Did Kong don the giant Mechagodzilla costume to fight Godzilla? No, that probably doesn’t happen – but I can dream.

In Godzilla vs. Kong, “Legends collide as these mythical adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world at stake. Kong and his protectors embark on a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphan with whom he has forged a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the world. The epic clash between the two titans brought about by invisible forces is just the beginning of the mystery that lies deep in the heart of the Earth.
Alexandre Skarsgard, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Room, Kaylee Bombasse, Elza Gonzalez, and Brian Tyree Henry star in the film, which comes from the director Adam Wingard. Godzilla vs. Kong hits theaters and HBO Max on 31 mars.
