The COVID-19 pandemic has taken over the world since last year and has also affected several talents in professional wrestling.
Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks recently posted a story on Instagram, where the AEW World Tag Team Champion revealed he tested positive for COVID-19 in September of last year.

Jackson revealed he had a very bad case of COVID-19 and was bedridden for three weeks. He lost his sense of taste and smell for almost three months, and Jackson also had hives on his body.

Nick Jackson also said he couldn’t believe there are still those who deny the severity of COVID-19.

“It’s crazy to think that there are still COVID deniers in the world. I had a very bad case of COVID at the beginning of September which kept me from being bedridden for almost 3 weeks. I couldn’t taste or smell for 2 and a half months. At one point my whole body had hives and my doctor said it was definitely COVID.

Matt had to do most of the work in games once I got home safe because I couldn’t catch my breath. My heart rate is finally back but it took months to finally feel like myself again.

Let’s protect each other and wear a mask. “

Nick Jackson’s brother Matt also recently revealed that their aunt had died from COVID-19.
