Netflix 2021 movie lineup: new Chris Hemsworth, Dwayne Johnson, and Zack Snyder movies revealed


Streaming giant Netflix has officially announced its insane 2021 movie release lineup, which includes an impressive roster of A-List actors including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Gal Gadot, Leonardo DiCaprio, Amy Adams, Ryan Reynolds , and more. announced Tuesday via a sizzle reel starring several of Hollywood’s leading actors who will be featured in their upcoming movies. One of the films highlighted in the sizzle is Red Notice, which stars Johnson, Gadot and Reynolds . This action film focuses on “a global alert to hunt and capture the world’s most wanted.” But when a daring heist brings together the main FBI profiler (Johnson) and two rival criminals (Gadot, Reynolds), you don’t know what will happen ”. according to the official synopsis of the film.Other notable titles coming to Netflix in 2021 include the zombie apocalypse film Army of the Dead, directed by Justice League’s Zack Snyder and starring Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell and Omari Hardwick.
There’s also Don’t Look Up, a new sci-fi movie from Estate creator Adam McKay, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jonah Hill. Per Netflix, Don’t Look Up “tells the story of two low-level astronomers, who must take a giant media tour to warn humanity of an approaching comet that will destroy planet Earth.”

Netflix will also be releasing Bad Trip, a comedy starring Eric Andre, Lil Rel Howery and Tiffany Haddish which was originally set to open in theaters last year.

Other upcoming releases include Concrete Cowboy (starring Idris Elba), Halle Berry Bruised’s debut film, the superhero comedy Thunder Force (starring Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer) and the action flick Escape from Spiderhead, which features starring Chris Hemsworth, Miles Teller and Jurnee.
