Naga Munchetty leaves BBC Breakfast viewers bewildered as she is ‘ready for a new job’

#Naga #Munchetty shared his excitement about starting his new role with the BBC on #Monday morning, but it left some BBC #Breakfast viewers confused about his future.
The 45-year-old trades the breakfast show’s presentation on television for her own show on BBC #Radio 5 #Live, as she takes over as the show’s host in the mid-morning .

#Naga will replace #Emma #Barnett, who announced she was leaving the show last year, which runs from 10 a.m. #Monday through #Wednesday.

#With 24 hours left to hit the airwaves, #Naga shared a post on #Instagram in which she showed a photo of a gray bag that was packed and ready for her big day.

#With her BBC thong visible at the top of the bag, #Naga wrote: “I’ve sorted my work bag and I’m ready to go back to the office …”

#Writing further on her new role for 2021, #Naga added, “Day 1 at a new job @ bbc5live tomorrow. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – #Mon-Weds.

“I work with a brilliant team and discuss the things in our lives that matter with great guests and listeners.

“Can. #Do not. #Wait. #Hope you can join us. “.

#Dermot O’#Leary was among the first to send good luck wishes, writing: “#Good luck #Naga X”

BBC #Morning #Live host #Gethin #Jones added: ‘#Alright #Naga x’

#Meanwhile, many fans took to the comments section to wish him good luck on the first day of his new job.

#One of them wrote: “Good luck you will be amazing. ”

#Another added: “#You will make #Naga shine. #Even on the radio, it will be obvious that there will be a smile on your face when you speak. #Good luck. ”



#Naga’s bag is packed and ready for her first day in a new role

#But there was some confusion though, with some fans realizing that this was the end of #Naga on the breakfast TV show, as it was known, although she will be hosting #Thursday through #Saturday.

They expressed their desperation upon realizing that #Naga heading for radio would mean her time on television would be limited in the future.

#One fan asked, “#No more TV for breakfast?” ”

#Another asked: “#Good luck … but are you still making the news with #Chaz?” [Charlie Stayt]? !!! »

A third fan, not realizing that #Naga wasn’t leaving for good, just changing her days, wrote: “We will miss you at breakfast!

#Naga previously said she was “very excited” about the new role after taking on the role last summer as #Emma’s replacement.

#Former host #Emma can still be heard on the radio, as she will broadcast #Woman’s #Hour on #Radio 4, with #Naga admitting she left some big shoes to fill.
