Trump ally on President’s next decision after Thanksgiving phone call | American News

Donald Trump’s legal battle to overturn the election is not going well for him.

Her legal team continues to lose cases in key states she so desperately hoped to win back from Joe Biden.

They tried to argue for a big plot – cooked up by everyone, from China to Venezuela, to Joe Biden himself. But it does not work.

Most television networks in the United States have even stopped broadcasting their claims – fearing that the unfounded comments could damage American democracy.

But Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax, a 30-year-old journalist and close friend of Donald Trump, is ready to give him airtime.

And since then he has seen a sharp increase in grades. In an interview, he told me, “Our position is that we are waiting for the certification recount process and the legal process.

“We’re not against Joe Biden, we’re not going to oppose him. It looks like he’s the likely winner, we’ll take it. ”

But Mr. Trump’s opponent has an increasingly staggering lead – seven million votes now – 80.9 million in total.

But for Ruddy, the “thin” margins in some key battlefields justify his position.

“In Georgia, it was less than a quarter of a percent. They are now on their third recount and further legal proceedings are underway. ”

But Newsmax also provided a platform for wild and unsubstantiated discussion.

In a clip, the president’s favorite rally duo Diamond and Silk claim the “Chinese virus” and “scamdemic” are linked to a comprehensive plan for Democrats to rig the election.

Mr Ruddy says they are in the “nebulous zone between comedians and commentators” and that free speech means they should be able to share their views.

Attorney General William Barr found no evidence of electoral fraud

For what it’s worth, he believes there is “no conspiracy”. He “does not buy arguments about the Dominion electoral system” and he has not seen any proof of wrongdoing.

But he believes the postal voting process was irregular.

Over Thanksgiving, he spoke by phone with President Trump who he said was “confident” about his legal fight, but still “very upset” by the election results.

His close friend believes he should prepare to concede on December 14 when voters meet in every state and vote for president and vice president.

Despite all the speculation, he doesn’t think Mr. Trump will run again.

“He’s going to really like the influence and the lifestyle he has as a past president. ”

He also doesn’t think he will launch his own TV channel as many have assumed, but he is convinced he will remain a “media omnivore” and hugely influential.
