Motsi Mabuse hit back at the trolls who targeted Shirley Ballas for sending Ranvir Singh home over the weekend, rather than Jamie Laing.

Judge Strictly Come Dancing, 39, fired in the defense of the Latin and ballroom dance show’s chief panelist after being punched by her.

Motsi chose to save Ranvir and Giovanni, saying: ‘Well it was a really tough decision, we had two beautiful dances, two beautiful human beings and I will save Ranvir and Giovanni.

Motsi’s words come after she left Twitter earlier this month.

She wrote: “I have decided to quit Twitter !! It’s been fun but I really think with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok… that’s enough social media.

The grand finale of Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturday from 6 p.m. on BBC One.
