Sammy, 24, was pictured getting into a taxi with a group of people, including three women, after leaving MNKY HSE restaurant in London on Thursday evening.
The Essex stockbroker kept his head down as he got into the car in footage obtained by The Sun.
He was joined by another man who sat next to him as the three women sat across from them in the crowded taxi.
Sammy also appears to have flouted social distancing and lockdown rules by enjoying a night out with people who appear to be from a different household.
No one in the group wore a mask when they got into the black cab, which was made mandatory during the coronavirus pandemic.
London is currently at Level 2, which means people can only meet indoors with people they live with or with whom they have formed a bubble of support.
People can meet in groups of no more than six if they are outdoors, i.e. in a private garden or other outdoor space.
People can continue to meet in groups of more than six people if they are all from the same household or support bubble or for other legal exemptions.
Former Love Island winner Dani, 24, and Sammy live together in Essex and prepare to welcome their first child together.
Since she is pregnant, Dani is considered to be at increased risk if she catches coronavirus.
Dani, who is the daughter of tough EastEnders man Danny Dyer, has kept her fans updated throughout her pregnancy on Instagram.
She has also launched her own maternity line with clothing company In The Style.
Dani has posed in a number of outfits she created just over a day ago, enthusiastically telling fans when they could buy the line.
Dani last month told her followers that she was in “full nesting mode” as she prepared her home for the arrival of her baby.
She is due to give birth in January.
The Mirror has reached out to a representative for the couple for comment.
