Paul Walker’s untimely demise continues to be felt even seven years later.
Through her daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, who is now 22, Walker’s legacy continues and on Monday, she paid tribute to the late actor and driver on the seventh anniversary of his death.
“A silly day to remember in sadness,” Meadow wrote in an Instagram post alongside a picture of herself with the “Fast and Furious” franchise star. “Today is a celebration of the love and happiness you have brought to the world. Here is a picture of my best friend and I taking a nap. ”
Walker died in 2013, along with his friend Roger Rodas, who was driving, when a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT they were riding in hit a pole and caught fire in Los Angeles. At the time of the crash, Los Angeles County officials said speed played a role in the crash.
