Olly Murs has revealed that another knee injury could end her music career.

Olly was taken out of action after going under the knife in June 2019, before being rushed to hospital three months later, fearing he might be infected.

Speaking of his affliction, he told The Sun, “It’s arthritis and the reconstruction that I had in my knee. It will never be perfect, I just have to be careful.

“If I do my knee again, it could be curtains. I won’t be able to dance and perform on stage.

In June of this year, Olly reflected on the “difficult” year following her knee surgery by sharing a video of her recovery journey on Instagram.

Olly admitted that 12 months had been difficult for him, both “mentally and physically” and thanked his physio and personal trainer for helping him.

The short compilation video showed Olly’s x-rays as well as clips of him regaining his strength with a mix of grueling physical training and a range of physiotherapy.

Last year, Olly made the announcement of his knee surgery on his Instagram, sharing three posts of himself lying in a hospital bed.

The star admitted he would quit social media for a few months to focus on his recovery.
