Hailee Steinfeld and Jeremy Renner were seen filming their series Hawkeye in New York’s Washington Square Park on Thursday.

Jeremy has been playing superhero and his alter ego Clint Barton in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for almost a decade.

Now, the 49-year-old actor is returning to the role of an upcoming Disney + show, with Hailee as his protégé Kate Bishop preparing to become the next Hawkeye.

Dream of a Duo: Hailee Steinfeld and Jeremy Renner were spotted filming their Hawkeye series Thursday in Washington Square Park in New York City

On their day of filming this Thursday, the dynamic duo were joined by a dog who presumably played Lucky The Pizza Dog.

Lucky The Pizza Dog is Hawkeye’s canine companion and has been featured in Marvel comics since 2012.

During their last scene, Clint and Kate appeared to be out of superhero mode as they were wearing normal clothes in New York City.

Jeremy cut a sleek figure in a stylish brown leather jacket over a black top, while Hailee threw an oversized blue coat over a t-shirt and jeans.

She could be spotted falling into a squat to bring affection to her canine co-star, who appeared to be a golden retriever.

Their final day of filming also took them to Chinatown where Jeremy could be seen looking brooding in character as he sat on a porch next to Hailee.

Jeremy first made a quick appearance as a superhero in the 2011 film Thor, and then in 2012 he got a bigger role in the first Avengers movie.

The Hollywood idol has continued to play the character ever since, including in last year’s Avengers: Endgame, which became the highest-grossing film of all time.

Meanwhile, Hailee is a newcomer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and her casting as Kate Bishop didn’t go public until Wednesday.

She was unveiled as the show’s main lady that day, when photos of her and Jeremy were filming at a New York subway station.

The dynamic duo appeared a bit roughed up on set this Wednesday, perhaps suggesting they were pulling the aftermath of a fight streak.

When they were seen filming in Washington Square Park on Thursday, their faces again had fake injuries, possibly from the same bout.
