‘I think he is very sick’

– Sia spoke out in favor of fellow singer FKA Twigs, saying she was also a victim of actor Shia LaBeouf. In a weekend tweeter, the singer of “Chandalier” shared a New York Times article on the Twigs trial, as well as a personal post about his own experience with LaBeouf. She called him “a pathological liar, who conned me into an adulterous relationship by pretending to be single.” Sia, 44, warns others to “stay away” from the Transformers star. “I think he is very ill,” she wrote. LaBeouf appeared in the music video for Sia’s hit “Elastic Heart” in 2015, NEWS.com.au notes.

Sia’s post follows a lawsuit filed by Twigs aka Tahliah Barnett, 32, in Los Angeles Superior Court, by Variety. “Shia LaBeouf hurts women,” the lawsuit says. “He uses them. He abuses them, both physically and mentally. He is dangerous. The lawsuit claims that LaBeouf abused Twigs on several occasions, sometimes choking her and hitting her on the head. The lawsuit also claims that LaBeouf knowingly gave her an STD while they were dating in 2019, according to TMZ. In his response to the Times story, the actor acknowledged his history of alcoholism and assault. “I’m ashamed of this story and I’m sorry for those I hurt,” he said. In a second tweeter, Sia expressed her love for FKA Twigs, calling her “very brave”. (Read more stories from Shia LaBeouf.)
