Dionne Warwick uses her Twitter to get to the bottom of some of the music industry’s most confusing pseudonyms.

And on Saturday, the 79-year-old artist asked Chance The Rapper to explain why he put “rapper” in his stage name if he was “very obviously a rapper,” adding that she “couldn’t stop to think about it ”.

And The Chance The Rapper, 27, clearly excited to be noticed by Warwick, hastily responded.

She also hilariously admitted that “Holy by Justin the Bieber @justinbieber and @chancetherapper is one of the [her] favorite songs at the moment.

For his last victim of the day, Warwick has set his sights on singer-songwriter Flashing Lights The Weeknd, asking him to clarify the spelling of his stage name.

Warwick, who turns 80 on December 12, entertained the masses on Twitter in the midst of COVID-19 quarantine.

Ahead of her viral back-and-forth with Chance The Rapper, Dionne gained some well-deserved social media influence after publicly denying a stranger’s request for the much sought-after Playstation 5 gaming console.
