Cher claimed that Donald Trump would rather “burn down the White House” than hand over the US presidency to Joe Biden.
The singer and actor has been a vocal critic for Trump and in October released a song written in support of Biden, who is the president-elect.
“If Trump can’t be in the White House, he’s going to burn it down,” Cher said. The Guardian. “He’s trying to block Joe every moment. He is the most vindictive person I have ever seen. I think he’s fighting so hard because he’s going to be chased out of the White House.
She added that she hoped to see Trump end up in jail and that she would “dance” to such a result.
Cher also claimed that she has never in her life hated anyone as much as she hates Trump.
“I didn’t like Bush at all when he started these wars, and I could say for a minute that it was touched and go for hate,” she said. “But the only thing I know is that he loves America and Trump doesn’t.”
Cher has long used Twitter to advocate for the release of Kaavan the elephant, who resided in a Pakistani zoo for 35 years.
Animal rights activists have regularly called on Kaavan to relocate elsewhere, following reports that he had been diagnosed with both overweight and malnourished over the decades.
