Beverley Callard has never shied away from talking about plastic surgery.

The 63-year-old Coronation Street icon recently made the nation fall in love with her during her appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here !.

And while on the hit TV show ITV, Bev even admitted that he was offered a free facelift after his stint at Gwrych Castle in North Wales.

Telling her campmates the once-in-a-lifetime offer, Bev – who found fame playing Liz MacDonald on the hit soap opera – admitted she was going to “take the clinic well” on their offer.

Viewers had speculated if Bev got a job on her face after noticing her smooth face as she went without makeup on the grueling ITV reality show.

Her complexion was also noticed by her camp mate, as AJ Pritchard told her, “You look very bright and fresh. ”

“Shall I tell you a secret? Bev teased. “I was offered a free facelift when I get out of here… and I have to tell you, I’ll take it after that!”

” Is it true? Said a stunned Victoria Derbyshire, to which Bev replied that she was moving forward with the procedure.

Later in the Telegraph, Bev told the camera, “I looked at myself in the mirror yesterday and thought, ‘My God! “”

Vernon Kay then jokingly asked Bev if she could get a “two for one”.

“You have a beautiful face,” Giovanna Fletcher assured Bev.

The actress then protested: “Thank you but I don’t think so. I think you are looking at me through rose-colored glasses… My ass is not too bad anyway! ”

Prior to her time at the castle, Bev was open about the Botox injections on her face.

The soap opera star appeared on Sky Living’s Stitch Me, Lift Me, Tuck Me, where she admitted, “It’s amazing how fast and painless it is. I could become addicted.

However, when it comes to other plastic procedures, Bev has kept a low profile on what she has or hasn’t done.

But despite his decision to remain silent about the other proceedings, our MYA experts have delivered their own verdict.

“Bev may have had the non-surgical treatment of dermal fillers on her cheeks, often referred to as ‘cheek fillers’,” says a surgeon from MYA Cosmetic Surgery.

“Dermal fillers can be used in this area to reintroduce structure and volume along the cheekbone, as in Bev’s case.

“Fillers can restore lost facial volume and plump areas so that deep lines are smoothed out to help decrease the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and other visible signs of aging.

“The price of charges can vary depending on the area and amount used – between £ 150 and £ 500 per session. ”

The surgeon continued, “Bev’s eyes appear brighter and her eyebrows raised slightly – generally pointing to the non-surgical treatment of anti-wrinkle injections (also known as Botox). ”

The expert added: “Bev most likely had Botox on his forehead, glabella (between the eyebrows) and eyes (crow’s feet). As you can see, she has a smooth forehead, raised browbones, and limited frown / expression.

“Treatment normally lasts between 3 and 6 months and as muscle action gradually returns, fine lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again. ”

“The procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin if you are looking for a youthful appearance or can be used as a preventative measure to slow down the process of getting wrinkles. ”

And as Bev ponders the idea of accepting a clinic’s offer of a free facelift, the surgeon added that such procedures are permanent solutions.

“As the non-surgical treatments are not permanent, maybe this is the reason why Bev would like to have the surgical procedure of a face / neck lift,” the expert added.

“A neck, chin or face lift involves the skilled hands of a specialist surgeon to remove excess skin from the face of the neck, chin and cheeks under general anesthesia to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

“Like any procedure, a face / neck lift is an important decision and we would provide patients with all the information they need to make an informed choice. Prices may vary depending on the type of facelift required but range from £ 8,845. ”
