She looked perfectly composed as she walked around the dance floor on Saturday night.

But behind the scenes, host Ranvir Singh juggles a busy schedule and grueling rehearsal regime that sees her working nearly 16 hours a day.

When working on Good Morning Britain, she gets up at 3 a.m. and leaves home half an hour later, with her work notes ready to read along the way.

The “exhausted” star arrives at the television studios at 4.30am, where she has about an hour to do her hair and makeup and read the papers before going on the air at 6am.

Miss Singh, 43, who topped the Strictly charts with her foxtrot the week before last, is off the air at 9 a.m. and takes off her workout clothes.

When most people start working, she’s done her day job and heads to dance rehearsals for at least seven hours with her Strictly partner Giovanni Pernice.

“Yes, I’m exhausted. But I also feel very lucky, ”she told the Daily Mail.

“Having a lot of work is a blessing, and it would be rude not to be grateful.

“I don’t really feel like I’m running on adrenaline, I feel like I’m really focused. I have to do the dance – I can’t delay it!

“I thrive on pressure – my entire professional life is about meeting deadlines, so it’s a pretty familiar feeling.

She said she rehearsed with Pernice from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at least.

After her exhausting day, the single mom comes home around 7:30 p.m. and spends time with her eight-year-old son, Tushaan.

She said she would “usually load the washing machine, rummage in the freezer, make a three egg omelet and play with the dog.”

Miss Singh then has an hour to relax. She watches an episode of Modern Family and “snuggles” on the sofa, before going to bed at 9pm.

Despite her rigorous diet, the host said it was “100%” worth being on “one of the biggest shows” on television.

“And now, more than ever, it’s like an honor to be on the show because it provides a bright and magical moment, it takes us away from what we’re all going through. This is joy, ”she said.

Miss Singh, whose chemistry with Pernice has already stirred tongues, revealed that she split from husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal shortly before the show started.

“It’s hard work being a working single mom,” she told Woman And Home magazine shortly before her debut on the dance floor.

“I struggle with tremendous guilt with my son and I’m not around when he goes to school. We are very attached to each other because there is only him and me.
