“I let this go for so long that I never said I was going to die,” the rapper wrote on Twitter Sunday afternoon. “Don’t you know that leaving this earth is a term for taking DMT. I thought I was really going to be one of those big ass N ***** s at 27 ……. SAY NO TO DRUGS !!! !! ”
“At 27, I will leave this earth for this man right here,” Uzi said in the clip released on social media, taken from an interview with Nardwuar. He also recently tweeted “I’m dropping two more albums while I’m out. ”
Uzi also spoke of the afterlife: “Every sin is the same murder is no different from theft… fighting is no different from having premarital sex. So tell me if I’m going to hell to live. Or am I going to hell for what I said… remember actions speak more than words .. ”
Uzi has just released a new collaborative project with Future entitled Pluto x Baby Pluto. The project debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 110.00 to 120,000 matched album sales in its first week. The album features a number of bangers, but “Plastic” in particular is a star and is on our “Fire Emoji” playlist this week.
