Hiding behind old photos of what they looked like before their weight loss, guests will only be able to meet the “health heroes” if they choose them as their mentor.

Once selected, the two will work together to follow their exercise and diet plan alongside a leading dietitian.

After eight weeks, the two contributors will show their results to Jordan and Dr Sara.

Commenting on the new show, Sean Doyle, Deputy Head of Features and Formats for Channel 4, said, “I am delighted to welcome Jordan and Dr. Sara to the Channel 4 family of features.

“As someone who has made dramatic changes to their own health, we are delighted to have Jordan Banjo at the helm of this pilot. “

Since 2009, Jordan has lost more than seven stones after feeling “miserable” and “embarrassed” by his 21st weight.

He wrote: “In my opinion, guys, it’s not about how low the number on the scale is, vacationing bodies or trying to be ‘shredded’ obviously, these things are nice things to achieve, but they should always be things you take on the way. the goal of simply being HEALTHY!

“I was fortunate to have my brother @ashleybanjogram guide me and show me a better way to live in terms of health and happiness.

“I wasn’t happy weighing 21 stones and feeling embarrassed, but only you can be the one who has to get up and go, make the decision to make big changes, whether it’s something like the weight loss or even something like your career.

“You are the one who really has the power to stand up and make a positive change for yourself anyway, not enough motivation to talk about me.” “

He added, “To sum up, obviously enjoy the foods, drinks and lifestyle that you want, but everything should be moderate because health is always essential. “

“He doesn’t think he’s handsome. From 12 to 16 he put on weight, he was the only mixed child in school and was bullied, so he could eat comfortably. It was psychological bullying, name calling, horrible stuff.

“We had to tell him to calm down. Now he’s fine, he’s in control and has found that balance.
