Joe Manganiello shares new take on Deathstroke

It was announced earlier this year that Zack Snyder will bring his original vision for JUSTICE LEAGUE to life as a four-part miniseries for HBO Max. The news was greeted enthusiastically by fans campaigning for a Snyder Cut of JUSTICE LEAGUE since the film’s release, but beyond the possibility that several actors would return to record additional dialogue, it was believed he didn’t. There would be no recovery for the long cut of JUSTICE LEAGUE. Everything changed when it was revealed that Snyder would have will shoot additional scenes for the project which would include the return of several JUSTICE LEAGUE actors, including Joe Manganiello.

Although Deathstroke was being prepared for future DCEU appearances, the character only made an appearance in the post-credit scene of JUSTICE LEAGUE, but with Joe Manganiello reprising the role of JUSTICE LEAGUE from Zack Snyder, we have a few more Deathstroke in our future to look forward to. As a bit of a tease, Manganiello shared a new take on Deathstroke, which looks harder than ever.

While much has been written about Zack Snyder’s additional photography for JUSTICE LEAGUE, the director said the covers will only come down to ” about four minutes or five minutes“For the entire four hour series. That said, Snyder told SyFy that there will be a lot of unreleased footage to look forward to.

It’s really exciting and I’m delighted that you see the massive amount of movies you have at your disposal… It’s probably two and a half hours of never-before-seen footage in this movie. I imagine, something like that. So yeah, it’s going to be fun for everyone to experience this for the first time.
