PARIS (Reuters) – The French foreign minister said on Thursday he was convinced that common sense would prevail in the US elections and that his strong democratic values ​​would guarantee good results.

“I have confidence in the American institutions which validate the results of the election”, declared Jean-Yves Le Drian on radio Europe 1.
