The Norway international now has a reputation for giving reporters fairly short and straightforward answers to their questions – but the latter can’t see any blame going in the forward’s direction.
In an interview broadcast on CBS Sports, we asked very “strange” questions to the young woman of 20, as the presenter Kate Abdo said after the interview.
First, the reporter told Haaland that he doesn’t have to decompose his hair, as both of his goals are scored with his feet.
The Dortmund star then replied: “Yes, it was a good night, three important points.
“We knew Brugge wanted to play and we wanted to push them higher and I felt we had. We wanted to go out and show that we are a better team and I also felt we did that. Like I said, a good and important victory. ”
The interviewer then followed this up by asking, “Are you going to sleep alone tonight?”
“Uh… yeah,” a very confused Haaland replied.
The international break is almost over and Premier League football is back in full force.

“Aren’t you bringing a girlfriend home?” You didn’t pull off a hat trick, ”Haaland was then asked.
“I didn’t score no.” Haaland confirmed.
The very strange interview then ended and the cameras returned to the studio with Carragher and his colleague Micah Richards laughing hysterically.
The former Reds vice-captain said, “Oh, Jesus Christ. ”
Richards added, “I didn’t know where this was going, to be honest! ”
Carragher said: “I thought we were all sacked! ”
The reporter’s questions appear to answer Haaland’s comments earlier this year.
