England vs Iceland Live: Latest Nations League Score & Updates

Declan Rice congratulates compatriot Mason Mount
England host Iceland tonight in their final game of the 2020 Nations League campaign.

Iceland are already relegated from Group A2 after losing all of their games so far, while England can only finish third and won’t make it to the semi-finals like they did last time around. Instead, it’s an opportunity for both sides to turn tired teams around and give opportunities to players who might not have been involved in the Nations League before.

England start with Jack Grealish, who has impressed in his short international career so far and is having an outstanding start to the season with Aston Villa, while Phil Foden and Bukayo Saka also secure starting spots. Harry Kane leads the line with the armband and Jordan Pickford gets the nod despite rumors Nick Pope had another chance. Follow all of the action from the Wembley reunion in our blog below.

England 2-0 Iceland

45 + 1 min: half time. Great job from England to take a two-goal lead in the break. It could easily have been more. Harry Kane came close several times and Bukayo Saka forced Kristinsson to make a good save. Iceland did not go to the races tonight.

More of the same in the second half will please England.
