A sleepy driver had his new car seized by police for not having insurance – barely 30 seconds after he bought it.

Officers stopped the car and found the driver had just bought it but had not insured it.
The car was confiscated after the strange incident in Northampton on Wednesday evening.
Tweeting pictures of the car on a tow truck, Northampton Hub Specials said: “This vehicle almost has a head with our engine.
