Boots Pharmacy: Live updates as police demarcate Huntingdon Pharmacy


Police have cordoned off a Boots pharmacy in Cambridgeshire after broken glass was spotted hanging from windows.The incident occurred on Huntingdon High Street and was noticed by staff when they arrived for work this morning (November 6).

The shop remains open during the lockdown, so people can purchase essential drugs and other pharmaceuticals.

There are reports that the store was broken into last night (November 5) and Cambridgeshire Police have been contacted for further comment.

There is a police cordon around the store this morning, and staff said a forensic team had been dispatched to collect evidence at the scene.
