France head coach Fabien Galthie announced the changes to his squad of the day for their fall Nations Cup test against Italy in Paris on Saturday.Experienced scrum-half Baptiste Serin will captain his country for the first time and he forms a half-back partnership with Matthieu Jalibert, who finished with a 17-point run in the Blues’ triumph over Scotland at Murrayfield la last week.
