The petition – which sets out a goal of reaching 3 million signatures – was set up by fans who claim Heard “has consistently crossed paths to ruin Depp in Hollywood” since the couple’s divorce in 2017.
Online petition page accuses Heard of lying and “setting up fake accounts [Depp] to be the aggressor ”.
Heard has long accused the Pirates Caribbean domestic violence star, which he denied. After continuing The sun News Group Newspapers publisher and editor Dan Wootton for calling him a “wife beater” in a column, Depp lost the case earlier this month. A UK judge said the allegation was “substantially true”.

In a statement last week, Depp called the UK court ruling “surreal” to his case and said he planned to appeal the verdict. “My life and my career will not be defined by this moment in time,” he added.
