GARETH BALE has shown he is ready to come back strong against West Ham after scoring a wonderful goal in Tottenham training.
Spurs posted a video on social media showing the Welshman dropping one of his rockets with his left foot into the back of the net.
Bale, 31, has yet to make an appearance for Jose Mourinho’s side since returning from Real Madrid on a one-season loan deal.
But he could take part in Sunday’s London derby against the Hammers on a formidable frontline with Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min.
Tottenham fans are especially excited to see Bale achieve top form in training and are hopeful Mourinho will let him go against David Moyes’ men.
One of them tweeted: “THIS IS WHAT WE WANT. ”
Another said: “I can’t wait six more days to see him play. Time flies faster, please.
One of them wrote: “He looks so ready wow. West Ham might as well give up… ”
Another added: “Football is too easy for the GOAT. “
Bale has scored 55 goals in 203 games at Spurs, including 21 league goals in his final season to be named First Player of the Year.
He was signed by Real Madrid in 2013 for a record £ 85million.
And Bale’s return of 105 goals in 251 appearances saw him clinch two La Liga titles and FOUR Champions Leagues.
He is now hoping for silverware with Spurs, with agent Jonathan Barnett telling Sky Sports the goal is the Premier League title.
He said: ” [The main goal is] the Premier League, without a doubt. Spurs have a good team, a great coach and with Gareth’s help I’m sure they will be very close.
“You just have to see the results to see that it’s open. It kills me to say that because I’m an Arsenal fan, but that’s the reality.
“He has nothing to prove to anyone, he won more than anyone. He was one of the best three or four players in the world and I still think he is.
“If he succeeds, great, if not, he has been there and done it, but I think he will be successful.
