Wales rugby press conference news: Josh Navidi to miss as Louis Rees-Zammit impresses in training

Wales are set to do without Josh Navidi for Saturday’s fall opener against France.Navidi is still undergoing concussion protocols after a practice match incident with the Cardiff Blues late last month and did not participate in training in Wales yesterday. While not officially released yet, it’s hard to say he’s currently playing.

Jonathan Davies and Liam Williams could both play after extended periods of absence, although Williams could be sent back to the Scarlets for their game against Benetton.

Young Louis Rees Zammit has made his mark in training, with Neil Jenkins revealing today that he is “doing very well” and impressed the coaches.
