The forty-minute clip was originally released by the House Republican Committee on the Judicial Account. It depicts scenes of violence and intimidation across the United States following the death of George Floyd while in police custody at the end of May.
The video includes clips of rioters committing vandalism in New York City, Washington DC and Portland, Oregon.
Guests are harassed by protesters from the “Black Lives Matter” movement, a woman being surrounded after refusing to raise her fist in solidarity.
News clips from CNN and MSNBC are also included in which warnings are given about the electoral impact of the ongoing violence.
In one, a CNN commentator said, “I think it’s a blind spot for Democrats.
“I think Democrats are either ignoring this problem or hoping it goes away and doesn’t go away.”
In another Reverend Al Sharpton, a famous civil rights leader, is seen interviewed live on MSNBC.

During Tuesday’s presidential debate with Mr Biden in Cleveland, the president said, “The Democrats who run these cities don’t want to talk like you. [Biden] on law and order.
“Are you in favor of law and order?
“If he were to ever run this country, and they run it as he wanted, our suburb would be gone and you would see problems like you’ve never seen before.
Mr. Biden replied, “I am in favor of public order.
“Law and order with justice where people are treated fairly.
“And the point is, violent crime has decreased by 17% under our administration.”
From 2009 to 2017, Mr. Biden was Vice President of Barack Obama’s administration.
However, a number of social media users responded to Mr. Trump’s tweet criticizing his law and order record.
One of them commented: “You are currently the president – this is your America. ”
Another added: “This is Donald Trump’s America. ”
Mr Biden is the favorite to win the November presidential election.
