Universal delays Jurassic World: Dominion release for a year

As production of the highly anticipated threequel slowly resumes due to the global pandemic, Universal Pictures has announced that it has chosen to delay the release of Colin Trevorrow. Jurassic World: Dominion since its release on June 11, 2021 an entire year until June 2022. The studio has also released the film’s first teaser poster, which can be viewed in the gallery below!

Steven Spielberg and Colin Trevorrow return to executive production for Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment Domination, Trevorrow once again directing the next chapter in one of the biggest franchises in movie history. Producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are teaming up once again with Spielberg and Trevorrow to direct the filmmakers of this installment.

The next Threequel will feature the cast members of the first two Jurassic world movies include Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy Daniella Pineda, Justice Smith as well as the original jurassic park stars Laura Dern, Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and Campbell Scott. It will also feature Mamoudou Athie (Sorry for your loss), DeWanda Wise (She must have it), Dichen Lachman (Animal kingdom, modified carbon), Scott Haze (Venom, Wood).

For the first time, Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim Uprising, The black hole), who designed the screenplay with Trevorrow. They will be working on a story by Derek Connolly and Trevorrow, who co-wrote together Jurassic world and Fallen kingdom.

Jurassic World: Dominion is currently set to debut in theaters on June 10, 2022.
