PThe British travel less than the Germans, Italians and French, according to a new survey.

The study, conducted by HolidayPirates, shows that out of 11,936 respondents, 63% of Britons said they had been on vacation during the summer.

This compares to 75% of Germans, 82% of Italians and 86% of French.

Most bookings in the UK are for departures in 2021, according to the survey, and among those who have booked, 81% of Britons will not travel until spring next year at the earliest.
