Three potential COVID-19 exposure sites identified in Windsor-Essex

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has revealed three locations where people may have been exposed to the coronavirus.

On Tuesday afternoon, the health unit identified the Value Village store on Walker Road in Windsor. The exhibition dates are September 25 and 26.

Two Walmart stores in Windsor-Essex are also on this list. The first is on Sandwich Street in Amherstburg with show dates every day between September 25 and September 30. The other location is on Dougall Avenue in Windsor. The exhibition dates in this store are September 21 and 26.

No further details have been released on the cases related to these companies.

The health unit says the risk of contracting COVID-19 is low, but anyone who has visited these locations on the stated exhibition dates is urged to self-monitor for two weeks from the date of exposure.

The full list of public exposure sites and disclosure criteria can be found on the official health unit website.
