Seven flights with COVID-19 cases crossed Alberta in 3 days


CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Seven flights passing through Alberta over a three-day period last week had confirmed cases of COVID-19. Four of these flights left Calgary for other major Canadian cities.

Two were international flights to YYC Calgary International Airport – one from Cancun and one from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Those six flights – to and from Calgary – took place on October 17.

The seventh flight with a case of COVID-19 in this three-day period landed in Edmonton – from Vancouver – on October 19

Passengers on these flights are advised to monitor symptoms themselves.
