‘RHOD’ star Brandi Redmond’s daughter survives crash that killed stepmom

Brandi Redmond of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Dallas” shared her grief and gratitude over a car accident that killed her stepmother, Jill Marie Redmond, and left her 9-year-old daughter, Brinkley, unharmed.“My husband’s beautiful mom stayed with our Savior and my sister-in-law said it best… so I WANT to ask you to keep my family in your prayers during this difficult time,” she wrote on Instagram Saturday, next to several photos. “I ask you to lift up my sweet Brinkley as she continues to heal and God protect her heart and eyes from this tragedy,” she added. “I am so grateful for his life. It is probably the most grateful pain I have ever felt.

Redmond also shared a heartfelt note from his sisters-in-law, who remembered their mother with a family photo.

“This is our mom, Jill Marie Redmond. We spoke to him daily. Talking about her in the past hurts beyond words. Hours ago we lost her in a tragic car accident. Thank you, Jesus, for saving our niece who was in the car with her, ”wrote the three sisters.

“To know our mother was to love her. She was a shining light to anyone lucky enough to know her. She loved so fiercely. She felt so deeply. And she loved Jesus with all her heart. His world was FAMILY. She loved her 4 children and her many grandchildren deep in her soul, and she let us do what she loved most: take care of her grandchildren. We are in shock and in indescribable pain, ”they added.

“In honor of our mom, if you have a living relative, tell them how much you love and appreciate them, and hug your loved ones very tightly tonight and always. We love you. Shine brightly and spread love and kindness. “
