Northamptonshire Police have confirmed a stabbing at the drapery in Northampton town center.

Northamptonshire Police have confirmed being called to reports of a stabbing outside McDonalds at the Drapery in Northampton town center at 4.30pm earlier today (October 14).

A McDonald’s spokesperson said: “We can confirm that an incident took place this afternoon and we are assisting the police with their ongoing investigations. “

The East Midlands Ambulance Service received call 999 at 4.35 p.m. and a patient was taken from the scene to Northampton General Hospital.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesperson said: ‘Police were called to report a stabbing at the Drapery in Northampton just after 4.30pm this afternoon. The agents are always present and the guard is in place. If you have any information, please call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. ”
