There is a police presence at the Dominion secondary picket line at Weston Foods in Mount Pearl.Workers moved their picket line to the site yesterday from the nearby Loblaw distribution warehouse.

Delivery trucks wait behind the scenes, trying to leave the scene. Unifor representatives on site say drivers are encouraged to cross the picket line, but they will not let any product go.

Police have asked strikers to clear the way for the trucks, but Unifor chief negotiator Chris MacDonald says it is a legal and peaceful picket line.

He continued that a resolution will be presented to the bargaining table and said that they have booked a meeting room tomorrow at the Sheraton Hotel and invited Loblaw representatives to join them.
