Shadow Minister of Government Services Bill Shorten sent a heartwarming message to Melburnians, hours before restrictions eased in the locked town.

After days of declining cases, Victorian Prime Minister Daniel Andrews announced yesterday that retail and hospitality could resume operations from midnight tonight.

The good news came a day after Mr Andrews initially put easing restrictions on a ‘cautious pause’ as health officials awaited COVID-19 test results from a cluster in north Melbourne.
